I bought a ring for my daughter last year and it broke several months ago but she was too scared to go in by herself and I really don't like going to the mall so we have waited several months before going to the store to ask what options we had. I didn't know that they have a one year warranty and they will replace it, they couldn't fix that particular ring either. The manager was able to pull up our info and noticed it was just over the year, I looked at my daughter and said "well now we know " and I was annoyed with her because I've been bugging her for months to bring it in and ask.
I really didn't know about the one year warranty and thanked the manager. She continued to look at her computer and looked at my daughter and said she'd let her go ahead and have a replacement ring as long as it was the same ring and they had her size.
I really appreciate her letting my daughter get her ring replaced. She made her day. My daughter loves the ring and actually takes good care of it but it's a ring that you shouldn't wear everyday only because of the way it's made and it can't be fixed.
Thank you for replacing the ring, it meant a lot, mostly because it's my daughter's favorite ring.

The sales people here are always very nice and helpful whether you are buying or just browsing. I was never too interested in Pandora but once you come in and see all the different types of pieces of jewelry they have I got hooked. I also started my mom on a charm bracelet. One bracelet now doesn't seem like enough but it's a fun hobby and also a great gift. They will also polish Pandora jewelry for free if you drop by which is great!

The manager Cherie Roye was extremely rude! She asked security and let me out of the store because she thought I bought too many bracelets! She said she didn't want to see me in her store forever! I am never outed by a security before!
The whole story was I wanted to buy some bracelets and Ms. Roye said the promotion has a limitation that each person can just buy one, but the sales who was serving for me said I can buy one per day and ask my friends to buy for me. She said one of her customer asked the families came to store and bought bracelets for him. Then I followed the advice. I asked some of my friends to buy for me and I bought some by myself. But the manager just gave me one box for all of my bracelets when I picked up(the promotion was the prepaid). She was very rude and said she gave one box because I upset the limitation! I told her that the sales said that I could buy more than one if I follow their rules. Ms. Roye ignored my statements and said she didn't want to talk to me! She called the security and ask me out of her store! I never saw any person as rude as her!
The truth is that the manager sold one more bracelet to me before I picked up my bracelets. She knew I had bought some bracelets and said That's OK, she said I could buy more bracelets by cash. That means she didn't follow the limitation strictly. She just not let other sales to do the same things as her! If she didn't want a customer to buy more than one, she should train her sales but not be rude to the customer!
I was so angry after I left the store, so I asked my husband to return all the bracelets. The manager was not there when he returned the bracelets but all the sales are very patient and nice. The sales specialist Ms. Shonnah Stephens helped he to do the returning paperwork and didn't show any impatient and always very nice. Most of the sales in the Pandora store are very nice. I can't understand why Pandora chose such a rude person as the manager!

The products are amazing and their employees are super friendly and informative! I love buying new charms for my fiancée's bracelet and this store is definitely my go-to spot!

I am so saddened by the fact that the two sales associates (Araceli & Christina) that knew me by name are no longer working there. The product is great and the store is always clean. The associates are friendly enough but I will agree with Kayla, Will, and Brianna; the store Manager lacks warmth, accountability, and patience. I stopped shopping there and now purchase my Pandora jewelry at Jared.

I went in to Pandara, on Saturday the seventeenth of September, because I needed to get my sizes on two rings I wanted for my birthday. My parents were getting it for me, and they asked me to get my ring sizes. First off, I walk in wearing my work clothes and everyone looked me up and down and seemed reluctant to help me, except for one lady. She had a bright smile and a lovely attitude, she got me my sizes and even wrote down everything for me. She also informed me of the promotion they were having and that I could get a really good deal on my rings, but it ended the next day.
The next day, my parents were too busy with work to stop by the mall so they told me to grab the rings myself. And so I did, and let me tell you- it was packed, it was loud and there were people everywhere and everyone was talking over each other, and it was incredibly hot with all those bodies in such a small space. Because of that, it took a while for someone to help me because every associate was busy and I felt it would be rude to ask for help while they were with a customer. Finally, a lady approached me and asked if I needed any help, I let her know that I was there for two rings and when I let her know which ones, she immediately said no and that they were sold out. As soon as she said that, I was crushed! They were just there the day before and I even tried them out and everything. I asked if maybe they had some maybe in the back or if it was available online, and without even letting me finish my sentence, she started shaking her head no, and repeated that they were sold out. She said it was still available, but in a different color and when she presented the silver ones to me, I already knew they weren't the ones I wanted but I purchased them anyways because I really wanted the style. Afterwards, I had a funny feeling about the whole situation, almost like a gut feeling that something wasn't right. My sisters kept telling me that I was probably just upset, but just in case, I called the store. I hoped I wouldn't get the cranky old lady who was helping me, and thankfully I didn't. A girl by the name Sammi, answered the phone, and I ask her "do you guys still have the rose gold princess ring with the matching ring in the size five still in stock?" She went and looked, and then she said it. "Yes, we do have some in stock." That made me so angry and upset I felt like I was red. It took me a moment to say anything because of how furious I was, but then I proceeded to ask if I could come in and exchange the ones I already had for the ones I actually wanted and she said of course. I walk back in again and ask for Sammi, and while she was helping me, she informed me that it was pretty impossible for my size (five) to be sold out because it was such a small size and that if anything, it's sizes seven and eight that sell out. After Sammi had fixed everything for me, Cherie, the manager who had told me the rings I wanted were sold out, came over to us and asked if everything was okay, and the only thing she had to say about the rings were, "Oh! I must have not seen them earlier!" laughed and walked away. No apologies, no explanation, no nothing. I saw no point in asking for a manager because she was the manager. Anyways, Sammi was very kind and helpful and gave me tips about the rings that Cherie never told me about and even gave me a pouch to keep the rings in. All in all, I was pretty disappointed by the unprofessionalism by a manager, whom was also an adult, showed me.

Never had bad customer service at any pandora they are all excellent service never had a bad experience either.. I will say the only thing wrong is that they take all my money lol... :)

Came in with a broken chain and was told the item was retired. While I was disappointed I was delighted to meet Shonnah Stephens. She took it upon herself to see what she could do. She went over and above and got my necklace fixed. I was very impressed with her customer service and would highly recommend her service as well as the clean friendly store.

I want to say that I have been in this store a few times. Every time that I have been there I have received wonderful customer service. I have purchased a bracelet with charms and a ring that I am very happy with. The ladies working in this store were very helpful with showing me different options and styles. Very friendly store! I will be bringing all of my business to them.

I've shopped at this store before, however today I met Beth and she helped me add " my personality" to my bracelet. I liked the charms I had previously picked. But the bracelet was lacking pizazz. Beth took her time with me, and rearranged my charms and helped me pick out some that would help the others "pop". When I left the store I loved my " new" bracelet. Beth is really great, she will take her time and help you until you are completely satisfied. I will call and make sure she is there next time I return!

The manager lacks good customer service. I have been in the store multiple times to get my bracelet clean and she has been extreme rude and even talked poorly about my bracelet to another employee in front of me.
